Strange Happenings In Russia. Preparations For WW3 Or Another Pandemic?
Could An Updated Russian Law About Forced Evacuation And Mass Graves Indicate Things To Come?
Update: They already dug out these pits in the forest. This video was taken in Ivanovo oblast (federal region of Russia) around 180 miles (ca. 290 km) from Moscow.
Okay, this is a grim topic, but these are times we live in, and several quiet legislative changes forecast that even harsher are ahead.
If we want to understand what’s going on in the world and what agendas pushed on us would eventually come to pass, then it is necessary to look at boring laws passed these years, often quietly without any media coverage.
Because in politics more than anywhere, it is essential not to watch what they are saying publicly but what they are doing and preparing hideously. In the mass media, they are promising relentlessly wealth and health to their voters and nothing else, but when you look around, the reality doesn’t match.
And proposed and amended laws are great indicators of things to come.
For example, as currently rapidly changing conscription laws across the world suggest, there is a big conflict approaching, and therefore the war machine would need to be fed with a lot of people. It will be supplied by ordinary people, of course, not politicians, who will be sitting in safe places protected at taxpayer’s expense in order to preserve government continuity. What a noble goal, worth dying for, by the way!
And why should we care about Russian laws? Because the Russian people are in the same boat as the rest of the world. Mandatory vaccination, digital ID, CBDC, and other humanity-improving ideas await them too.
What’s more, they are in active military conflict, which is affecting their lives, and similarly, it will affect our lives anywhere in the world when conflict or a sudden emergency arises. All wars are devouring and altering the lives of people caught in them, even when people are not directly involved on the front lines.
Both countries already lost hundreds of thousands of sons and fathers, created innumerable widows and orphans, and destroyed whole cities.
The only winner is a now much richer military-industrial complex, again.
The total cost of the war thus far is estimated at around $849 billion.
More than two years ago, Russia passed two new laws. One deals with mandatory evacuation in the event of an emergency or threat of an emergency. The other, equally interesting law, amended the state standard on mass burial in military time and, as they added in peaceful times, importantly.
The timing of these laws is also intriguing. They came in late 2021 when COVID-19 was waning (and not posing a grave threat as suggested by TV) and war in Ukraine had not started yet.
The laws about evacuation already exist, but the new ones ЧС ГОСТ Р 22.7.02-2021 differ in that you will be forced to start the evacuation you do not even need to participate in.
A sufficient basis for the mandatory evacuation would be an announcement of the emergency. Then you will be dragged by force away from your house, only with a small suitcase allowed, which can't reduce the speed of a column of walking people.
The door at your house must be left open and unlocked.
The law states you will have to walk at least 30 km daily. Not a word about the water or food provided, but it’s clear you can't carry it.
Every 2 hours, 15-minute break, not for the rest but for waiting for those who lag behind.
Kids will be evacuated separately under state supervision directly from the school. There is no mention of reunification of parents with kids in the law.
And in such columns of thousands of people, when they reach a safe place, what happens then, and when will it be possible to return home? There is nothing written about this, and it cannot be said that the text of the law itself is written superficially, and therefore such gaps appear. Because everything is quite precise, even about the speed of movement, but maybe returning home is not planned at all…
Such a forced evacuation didn't exist even during WW2.
Then there is another amended law, ГОСТ Р 42.7.01-2021, the state standard on mass burial in military time. Such documents existed before, until recently a small postscript was added to them that changed the whole essence. They added the word peacetime to the word wartime.
The state guideline for digging mass graves during peacetime? Yes, right.
Why was there such a need to amend existing laws? We could only speculate, but something prompted it.
They want to have legislation ready when something causes mass mortality.
Example of the required number of forces and means for carrying out work on urgent burial of the dead
A.1 The number of forces and means for carrying out work on urgent burial of the dead is determined based on the condition of creating teams (groups) for urgent burial of corpses of the NFGO for the burial of 1000 dead within 3 days from the moment of exposure to damaging factors arising during military conflicts or as a result of these conflicts, as well as sources of large-scale natural and man-made emergencies.
A.2 In accordance with the main types of work on urgent burial of the dead, labor costs for the construction of a pit when digging a mass grave are initially determined. Based on the requirements of the governing documents, the dimensions of the mass grave are taken as follows:
- 20 m - length along the bottom;
- 3 m - width;
- 2.3 m - height.
The most efficient way to dig trenches in terms of productivity is to use bulldozers, for example: which include bulldozers with a traction force of 10 to 15 tf, which are widely used in the Russian Federation. Based on T-170 and T-130 tractors. A bulldozer with an average productivity of 80 m3/h for excavation trenches is adopted as the design type of equipment.
Taking into account the steepness of the slopes of 1:3, the length of the pit along the top for entry and exit of bulldozers will be 32 m.
The creation of a reinforced soil layer with specified mechanical and physical properties is carried out using organomineral mixtures and active additives according to GOST 30491.
The main operations for the formation of a pit for a structure intended for the urgent burial of corpses are shown in Figures A.1-A.9.
What to say in the end? Be ready because they are ready to drag people from their homes, let them walk miles to an unknown location without their children, and potentially bury them in the pit with bulldozers.
Everything done according to the law.
